Your content & rights

You own the videos, images, audio, and other content you create using Galaxy AI Video, subject to any third-party rights in source materials you provide. We do not claim ownership of your creative output. By using the service, you grant us the rights necessary to store your projects and media in the cloud, download them to your device for editing, and sync changes back on your behalf.

• You retain intellectual property rights to your original works
• You may export and use your content for personal or commercial purposes
• AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of underlying AI providers — you are responsible for compliance
• We do not add watermarks to your exported videos

Permitted use

You may use Galaxy AI Video to:

• Create videos for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• Use the editor for client work and paid projects
• Share and distribute videos you create

You may not use the service to create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You are solely responsible for your content and how you use the service.

AI features

AI assistant, asset generation, and long-form video features rely on cloud-based models and are billed according to our published pricing. By using these features, you authorize us to process the inputs you provide for the purpose of generating results.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are free from third-party claims.

Template marketplace

The template marketplace allows creators to sell editing templates and buyers to purchase and customize them. By uploading a template, you represent that you have the right to license it and grant buyers the rights described at purchase.

• Creators set their own prices subject to platform rules and payment processing fees
• Buyers receive a license to use and modify the template for video production — not to resell the template itself unless explicitly permitted
• We may remove templates, suspend accounts, or withhold payouts for violations or disputes

Marketplace transactions are processed through third-party payment providers. Refund policies will be published separately on the marketplace page.

Accounts & payments

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information. For paid features and template purchases, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the service.

Service availability

Galaxy AI Video is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices and browsers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Limitations & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for loss of data caused by service interruptions, account deletion, or failure to sync before clearing local cache
• We are not responsible for content created by users or AI-generated outputs
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if you have no paid transactions

Clearing browser data removes local editing cache but does not delete cloud-stored projects. Unsaved changes may be lost if not synced before clearing cache or closing the browser. Export important videos when finished editing.

Intellectual property

Galaxy AI Video, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Xinbiaogan Network and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or underlying technology except as needed to use the service.

Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

Data deletion

When you delete a project, media asset, or template, it is permanently removed from our cloud servers and associated local cache. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

When you delete your account or request account deletion, all cloud-stored projects, assets, and personal data linked to your account are permanently deleted.

Termination

You may stop using Galaxy AI Video at any time by:

• Deleting individual projects or assets — this removes them from the cloud and local cache
• Requesting account deletion through customer support — this permanently deletes all cloud data

We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people's court where Xinbiaogan Network is located.
